Sierra de Castril, natural park that borders the province of Jaén and with the Sierras de Cazorla and Segura, a true paradise for active tourism.
Its rich and varied landscapes have a particular speleological interest, due to the abundance of grottos and their interesting chasms, and the geological formations that the water has created, such as ravines, canyons and waterfalls, which extend to the Castril River.
It has been recognized as a Special Protection Area for Birds (ZEPA) for its abundant birdlife, among which the griffon vulture or the first bearded vultures reintroduced in Andalusia.
The Visitor Center of the Natural Park is located in the town of Castril.
